WORKING HARD TO SAVE FREEPORT

Joining the Prime Minister was Sir Baltron Bethel, Senior Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister   The extension to the law will run out in February and the government is no closer to what should happen in the circumstances.  The general outline is that the Port should give up regulatory authority for Freeport to the government and the Port should also offer equity in the Group of Companies in exchange for the continuation of the  concessions.
