Who Do You Believe: Minnis Or The BPL Board?

The BPL Board held a press conference last week and said that they had the wherewithal and capability to solve the power problems of BPL.  A few days later a somnambulant Prime Minister woke up from his deep Rip Van Winkle like sleep and said that he was bringing in US technicians to help to get the power up and running. This sounds like the Prime Minister does not believe the Board.  The question then is if he doesn’t believe the Board why are they still there?  The PLP has called for the dismissal of the entire Board and Whitney Heastie as its CEO.
