THIS JUDGE INDRA CHARLES IS AT IT AGAIN

The Judge pictured above Indra Charles is developing quite a reputation in The Bahamas.  First, she gave an order that purported to stop the Parliament from discussing a matter.  The order should clearly have been challenged as wrong in law but the FNM government was too craven to challenge its lawfulness and constitutionality.  Now she has struck again this time with an omnibus ban on the press to comment on the case involving Shane Gibson which is now before the courts.  The order is probably unenforceable and probably unlawful and unconstitutional but again no one will have the courage to challenge it.
