ATLANTA, Georgia ( 29 May 2015) – After having a very successful meet and greet last month with Bahamas Minister of Foreign Affairs Fred Mitchell, several members of the Atlanta business community met at the Bahamas Consulate in Atlanta this past week to discuss planning a visit to Nassau to look at opportunities to do business in The Bahamas. WASHINGTON, D.C. — Mrs. Gina Rodgers Sealy, daughter of the late Andre Rodgers, the first Bahamian to play professional baseball, presented copies of her acclaimed biographical documentary on her father, “Gentle Giant—The Andre Rodgers Story,” to His Excellency Dr. Eugene Newry, Bahamas Ambassador to the United States, and Mrs. Paulette Zonicle, Bahamas Consul General to Washington, D.C., during a courtesy call at the Bahamas Embassy, 2220 Massachusetts Avenue, N.W., on Wednesday, May 27, 2015.
