THE U S SEEMS TO BE DEEPER IN THE MUCK AND MIRE

The Pope had the look on his face of “Lord why me”.  He was not his usual touchy feely self. No wonder. He is standing next to man who has embarrassed the United States and all civilized leaders around the world.  The US President has flirted with right wing racism. He has threatened physical violence against his opponents.   Lecturing leaders of countries, trash talking, pushing one of the leaders aside.  Leaking information from trusted allies to others.  The wagons are circling to suggest that he might even have been in bed with the Ruskies in seeking to undermine the election of Hilary Clinton in the US.  A picture is worth a thousand words as he stopped off at the Vatican to say help to the Pope.
