THE CENTRAL BANKS’S FOOL’S ERRAND

Last week the tone deaf and dumb Central Bank was at it again pushing their agenda to abolish cheque writing.  This time they published the results of a survey in which they said the people surveyed claimed that they can stop writing cheques by 2024 and don’t need to go until 2026.  Let’s get this clear,  this is a fool’s errand by the Central Bank.  There is no need to fix what isn’t broken.  It doesn’t matter what survey you come up with.  Anyone can pay people to come up with the results you want. Leave cheque writing alone.  Survey be damned.
