THE COMMISSIONER ANNOUNCES THE DISSOLUTION:  The Prime Minister Hubert Minnis made him do it three times. The first time when the Commissioner went to announce the proroguing of the House, they forgot to put the date of the new session of the House, so he had to go back down to do it again.  The next morning, the day of this photo 19 August 2021, they announced well the House was dissolved. Finally. The bell was rung. The date for the election 16 September 2021.
