Paving Bay Street Again

On Thursday 14 March 2019, traffic on East Bay Street between Paradise Island Bridge and the Montagu Ramp in New Providence was an absolute nightmare.  People spent one hour in their cars going from the Bridge to the Ramp.  No explanation.  No warning.  Just inconvenience.  The reason was obvious once you got to the blockage. They were paving the road. For the second time in six months, the road was dug up and repaved.  Why pray tell was fresh asphalt being ripped up and the road paved again at the expense of whom?  No answers.  The thing that really infuriates drivers is that no one warns them of what is to come so they can take alternate route.  People were fit to be tied.
