MORE WELCOME BACK PICTURES OF STEVIE AND SHAUNAE

The country was in a thrall as the athletes Stevie Gardiner and Shaunae Miller, fresh from their Olympic victories, landed back in Nassau on Thursday 12 August 2021.  There were Junkanoo Bands aplenty and the Prime Minister sent the police down to the airport to whisk the two stars away to ensure that they met him. It was quite something from a government that had dissed the two athletes and left them short of support .  The Leader of the Opposition Philip Davis hosted the pair to a reception at Margaritaville in Nassau on Saturday 14 August 2021. Welcome back and congratulations.
