Judge Steps Down From The Shane Gibson Case

Indra Charles, the St Lucian Judge, who ruled in favour of Fred Smith Q C, who brings nutty cases,  and the judge who ruled that you can stop Parliamentarians from talking in the House of Assembly, has decided that she will not sit on the criminal trial of Shane Gibson for these charges the Government has brought against him  for alleged corruption. The case comes up in September and now the Chief Justice will have to find another Judge to hear it, if the date is going to be saved. That probably means another delay.  One supposes you have to thank God for small mercies but she should go further and get the heck out of Dodge.  Time for her to leave The Bahamas.
