FRED MITCHELL DAY 28 April 2023 at L W Young Junior High School in Fox Hill. One of the houses in L W Young was renamed in Mr Mitchell’s honour today: Mitchell House. I am deeply grateful and very moved by this act of kindness by the Principal Deborah Thompson, teacher Anita Wilmott and my Cabinet colleagues Lisa Rahming, Zane Lightbourne, Wayne Munroe and Keith Bell at the Fox Hill Community Centre.
