ELLIOT LOCKHART: HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN

So the police have sent around a poster looking for the former MP Elliott Lockhart and the lawyer who is a K C.  He is now on a criminal wanted poster for fraud.  What a sad end to a distinguished career. He has been spinning out of control for some time and now he has absolutely it appears hit bottom.
