DIONISIO D’AGUILAR BLIND DEAF AND DUMB POLITICS

So the Auditor General issued a report to the House last week in which he made observations about the Health Visa Scheme of Hubert Minnis and the FNM.  He said the FNM broke the law.  He said that monies were not transferred to the Government on a timely basis.  That translated for Dionisio D’Aguilar, the former Tourism Minister, under whose hand the imperfect scheme was authored, that the PLP’s criticisms of the regime fell flat.  Mr. D’ Aguilar is  living in cloud cuckoo land as are the owners of the payment platform Kanoo.  Next step is a police investigation.
