CRIME IS OUT OF CONTROL

So the National Security Minister Marvin Dames has suddenly discovered that there are no easy answers to stopping the crime and homicides .  That was his sentiment in the press last week in the face of 6 murders in 6 days in the New Year.  This is the same feckless boastful fellow that said he had presided over crime dropping by 21 per cent last year. What a time!
