Speaking with The Tribune, Mr. Greenslade said the two men were arrested in the “wee hours” of Wednesday morning at two separate locations in New Providence. He did not provide further details.
The two men are at the centre of an alleged murder-for-hire plot involving Canadian fashion designer Peter Nygard.
Earlier this month, Mr. Greenslade told reporters that he had launched an investigation into allegations that Mr. Nygard orchestrated a murderous plot against his billionaire neighbour Louis Bacon and lawyer Fred Smith, his chief opponents in an ongoing campaign against development at Nygard Cay.
According to court documents filed by several directors of Save the Bays on March 9, Bullard and Davilma identified themselves as high profile “gang members” and alleged that Mr. Nygard gave them a “hit list” of people to murder or “send a message” to.
The Tribune says the pair then swore another affidavit which said they had been paid to lie about Mr. Nygard by Mr. Bacon’s people.
