Bishop Simeon Hall: Our Rep On The Caricom Marijuana Commission

At the presentation of the report of the Marijuana Commission of Caricom on 5^th July 2018 in Montego Bay, Jamaica.  Our representative was Bishop Simeon Hall.  He is at the centre of the picture but his flanked by Professor Rose Marie Antoine, Dean of the Law at the University of the West Indies to the right of the photo and Dr. Alana Griffith UWI Professor of Sociology.  The Commission recommended the licensing of the use of Medical Marijuana and the decriminalization of recreational drug use.
