BRIAN MOREE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE COURT OF APPEAL

There is an old Bahamian saying: “ not every goodbye is gone”  That certainly seems to be the case with the surprise appointment of Sir Brian Moree to the Court of Appeal after his retirement from the Supreme Court.  For so many reasons this appointment is wrong. That’s all we have to say.
