CHESTER COOPER SLAMS GOVERNMENT’S BUDGET
Chester Cooper speaking in the House of Assembly on 7 March said he had no confidence in the FNM’s ability to manage the economy. He said that after ten months in office, he was unable to express that confidence: “I have no confidence in this government’s ability to execute a feasible economic plan on behalf of the Bahamian people. And I have no confidence in the numbers the government has presented to this Parliament.”
