CARICOM 38th Regular Meeting of the Heads of Government, Grenada
Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Honourable Darren Henfield met with the Australian Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Honourable Julie Bishop during the 38th Regular Meeting of the Heads of Government of CARICOM in St George’s, Grenada. During the meeting, the Ministers discussed climate change, technical assistance and Australia’s candidacy for a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council for the period 2029-2030.

f he needs training then he should hold the position of protocol officer. But looking at the photo there are several gestures here that are not proper protocol, elbows on the table, hands clasp on the table, hand under the chin, mobile devices on the table. But given the setting despite it being a meeting of officials, it’s an informal meeting. So protocol goes out the window unless otherwise noted. This is a non-bias response, by the way, it comes from working 8 years in a diplomatic mission
