FIFA announced on Friday 30 April that Lionel Haven has been suspended for five years from soccer.  They say that he did not disclose that he had taken a cash payment for a Caribbean Football Union event.  He was fined 3000 francs as well.  Mr. Haven is a Bahamian and was apparently not informed in advance of the penalty.
